$100 damage fee is included in the prices. Read Rental Agreement below for more info on return of damage fees.  Full Payment will reserve your date otherwise your date is open to other customers.

Rental Agreement Contract

A two-week notice is recommended but not required in order to guarantee availability of any rental equipment. Your full "Rental Quote" is due upon receipt to reserve your rental date.  Rental Quotes include the rental cost  and the damage fee.

When returned undamaged the cost of the rental will be deducted from the quote and the remaining damage fee ($100) will be credited back to you.  If returned damaged, the damage fee will not be refunded to client, but used towards repairs to the rental chair. If the chair is not repairable the full cost of the chair will be billed to the customer less the damage fee. Chairs are not to be decorated by anyone other than PooPee Cakes.  

The charge for delivery for the chairs vary(minimum $10).  Delivery is not always available. The delivery is to the site and pick-up from the site, and shall not be transported to another location without consent of PooPee Cakes.  Deliveries are made to ground levels only unless there is an elevator, therefore please make sure your delivery arrangements are clear, as there may be extra charges if stairs are involved or refusal of renting equipment and all charges will still apply. Chairs are not to be decorated by anyone other than PooPee Cakes.

It is implied that by receipt of a confirmation email or confirmation by written, verbal or any other source that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement. By placing your order with "PooPee Cakes" you are committing and agreeing to all the terms and conditions of this rental agreement. If no such contract exists or was not signed, it is implied that your intent, coupled with the publicly and easily accessibility of this agreement, shall perpetuate and solidify the agreement. What this means is contract or not, if you took the time to read this or not, you will be held to these terms both financially and personally if you placed an order with PooPee Cakes. You will be responsible for the equipment from the time the equipment is delivered and set up to the time it is picked up and or as soon as pick up and drop off. Please make sure the equipment is secured.  
 
USE OF EQUIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•             I have been shown a thorough demonstration on the correct operation and safety features of each piece of equipment.
•             I have been given full and ample opportunity to inspect all rental equipment and find no obvious damage. As a result, misuse or improper operation of equipment which results in any injury, damage, personal loss or Death as a result of me or my guests' misuse or negligence is NOT the responsibility PooPee Cakes.
•             I understand that negligence on my part or the part of my guests in regards to operation or use of rental equipment does not constitute negligence on the part of PooPee Cakes and will not hold PooPee Cakes responsible for any injury, damage, personal loss or death as a result of me or my guests' negligence.
• I am responsible for the safety, storage, preparation, cleanliness and correct operation of rental equipment. PooPee Cakes will set up to "The best of their ability" and are not and should not be considered experts in the construction, operation, placement or display of any rental equipment.
•The following conditions regarding specific equipment shall be agreed upon and any action not in strict adherence to the guidelines below shall result in FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE of each damaged item which may exceed your damage deposit.
• I have had all questions regarding this addendum and entire rental agreement answered to my satisfaction.
• I understand a cleaning/damage fee will apply for any item returned dirty or damaged. 
• I will accept full responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, injury, theft, loss of limb, death or any other conceivable misfortune or accident that may occur as a result of the use, operation, transport or ingestion by myself or any of my guests.
